Lophocampa ingens is a moth of the Arctiidae family. It is found in the Southern Rocky Mountains (Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah). The wingspan is about 40 mm. The moth flies from May to June depending on the location. The larvae feed on Ponderosa, Lodgepole and Piñon pines.
