Acronicta intermedia is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in the Korean Peninsula, from China to Tibet, Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu), the Russian Far East (Primorye, southern Khabarovsk and Sakhalin and the southern Kuriles), Taiwan and Vietnam.
