Eupithecia multistrigata is a moth in the family Geometridae. It is widespread in the western United States, including Alberta, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Saskatchewan, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. The wingspan is about 20 mm.
