Eudonia torniplagalis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Dyar in 1904. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from South Dakota, the Rocky Mountains, the mountains of the south-western United States and from British Columbia to southern California. The length of the forewings is 8–12 mm. The antemedial line on the forewings is angled strongly outward, and there is usually a whitish shade, enclosed by both the antemedial and postmedial lines. Adults have been recorded on wing from July to August.
