Sarangesa maculata is a butterfly in the Hesperiidae family. It is found in Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique and Zimbabwe. The habitat consists of wooded savanna. The larvae feed on Asystasia gangetica.
