Charaxes fionae is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in central, southern and eastern Zambia, Malawi and western Tanzania. The habitat consists of Brachystegia woodland. The larvae feed on Acacia amythethophylla, Dalbergia boehmii and Entada abyssinica.
