Charaxes cedreatis, the Green Demon Charaxes, is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Bioko, Gabon, the Republic of Congo, the Central African Republic, southern Sudan, northern Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, south-western Kenya, western Tanzania and north-western Zambia. The habitat consists of evergreen forests, Brachystegia woodland and riverine forests.
