Stigmella salicis is a moth of the Nepticulidae family. It is found in all of Europe (except Iceland and Greece), east to the eastern part of the Palearctic ecozone. The wingspan is 4–6 millimetres (0.16–0.24 in). Adults are on wing from April to May and again from July to August.
