Coleophora gaylussaciella is a moth of the Coleophoridae family. It is found in North America, including Virginia and Nova Scotia. The larvae feed on the leaves of Gaylussacia species, including Gaylussacia baccata, as well as Comptonia peregrina. They create a composite leaf case.
