Antaeotricha unisecta is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1930. It is found in Brazil. The wingspan is 17-20 mm. The forewings are white, with the dorsal half whitish-ochreous and with a very dark brown band occupying the dorsal area to the fold, and posteriorly to vein 4, interrupted beyond the middle by an oblique bar, variable in width and sometimes obsolete in males. There is a terminal series of dark fuscous dots, also sometimes obsolete in males. The hindwings are whitish, sometimes tinged grey posteriorly.
