Wikipedia Abstract

Antaeotricha epicrossa is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1932. It is found in Peru. The wingspan is about 18 mm. The forewings are rather dark fuscous in males and brown in females. There are two small suffused darker fuscous spots transversely placed on the end of the cell and there is a marginal series of dark fuscous dots around the apex and termen. The hindwings of the males are blackish-grey, with an obliquely downwards-directed fringe of very long grey hairs with slight greenish tinge from lower the margin of the cell throughout, reaching the termen. The female hindwings are dark grey.
