Scrobipalpa ocyphanes is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1937. It is found in South Africa. The wingspan is about 16 mm. The forewings are light fuscous, the costa narrowly ochreous-yellow, interrupted by a small dark fuscous spot at two-thirds, the costal edge blackish towards the base. The plical and second discal stigma are dark fuscous and the dorsal edge is dark fuscous on the basal one-fourth. The hindwings are grey.
