Recurvaria insequens is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It is found in Brazil. The wingspan is about 14 mm. The forewings are pale greyish-ochreous with blackish markings. There is a dash beneath the costa near the base, and small spots on the costa at and near the base and there are small spots representing the stigmata, the plical rather obliquely before the first discal, an elongate spot on the costa and an irregular-transverse mark beneath the fold forming with these two a straight series. The second discal terminates in an elongate spot, with an oblong costal spot rather beyond this. There is an irregular dorsal spot near the tornus and a small elongate apical spot.
