"Colostethus" ramirezi is a species of frog that is endemic to Colombia. It is only known from the region of its type locality, Urrao in the Antioquia Department. Its generic placement is uncertain; for the moment it is retained as "Colostethus" within the family Dendrobatidae. Its natural habitat is sub-Andean forest.
