Wikipedia Abstract

Xenoceltitidae are evolute, generally ribbed, upper Lower Triassic Ceratitida with ceratitic or goniatitic sutures; formerly included in the Noritaceae but now placed in the Xenodiscaceae. The Xenoceltitidae are derived from the Ophiceratidae.
