Wikipedia Abstract

Gyrovirus is a genus of viruses , in the family Circoviridae. Birds serve as natural hosts. There is currently only one species in this genus: the type species Chicken anemia virus. Diseases associated with this genus include: chicken infectious anemia, which is associated with depletion of cortical thymocytes and erythroblastoid cells.
