Caupedactylus is an extinct genus of tapejarid azhdarchoid pterosaur known from the Early Cretaceous Romualdo Formation of Araripe Basin, northeastern Brazil. It is known from a complete skull, lower jaw and a partial postcranial skeleton. It was first named by Alexander W. A. Kellner in 2013 and the type species is Caupedactylus ybaka.
