Vitrinidae is a family of small, air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the superfamily Limacoidea (according to the taxonomy of the Gastropoda by Bouchet & Rocroi, 2005). The family Vitrinidae has no subfamilies (according to the taxonomy of the Gastropoda by Bouchet & Rocroi, 2005).
