Cleopatra ferruginea is a species of freshwater snails with an operculum, aquatic gastropod molluscs in the family Paludomidae. This species is found in Burundi, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and South Africa. Its natural habitats are intermittent rivers, swamps, and freshwater marshes.
