Coracornis

Wikipedia Abstract

Coracornis is a bird genus in the family Pachycephalidae. It was previously assumed to be monotypic, containing only the maroon-backed whistler (Coracornis raveni), but has since been enlarged to include the Sangihe shrikethrush (Coracornis sanghirensis), found to be related to the former species.
