Lepismadora is a monotypic genus of beetles in the family Buprestidae, the jewel beetles. It contains the single species Lepismadora algodones, which is known by the common name Algodones sand jewel beetle. It is endemic to California in the United States, where it has been collected only from the Algodones Dunes in Imperial County. Most adults have been found on fanleaf crinklemat (Tiquilia plicata), a desert plant. The larval host plant is unknown. Adults are active during the hottest hours of the day.
