Wikipedia Abstract

The Agariciidae are a family of reef-building stony corals. This family includes cactus corals, elephant skin corals, plate corals, and lettuce corals. Members of the family include symbiotic algae called zooxanthellae in their tissues which help provide their energy requirements.
