The rough-skinned horned toad or Tonkin spadefoot toad (Xenophrys palpebralespinosa) is a species of amphibian in the Megophryidae family. It is found in southern China (Yunnan and Guangxi), northern Vietnam, and northern Laos (Phongsaly Province).Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and rivers.It is threatened by habitat loss. Xenophrys palpebralespinosa is a small toad, measuring only 37 mm (1.5 in) in length.
