Wikipedia Abstract

Orthotelia sparganella is a moth of the family Glyphipterigidae and only species of the Orthotelia genus and Orthoteliinae subfamily. It is found in most of Europe, except Spain, most of the Balkan Peninsula and Ukraine. The wingspan is 20–28 millimetres (0.79–1.10 in). The wings are ochreous or brownish. Adults are on wing in July and August.
