Rhododendron charitopes (雅容杜鹃) is a rhododendron species native to southeast Xizang and northwest Yunnan, China, where it grows at altitudes of 2500–4300 meters. It is a dwarf shrub that typically grows to 0.25–0.9 m in height, with aromatic, leathery leaves that are obovate to obovate-elliptic in shape, and 2.6–7 × 1.3–4.5 cm in size. Flowers are whitish pink to rose or purple.
