Hylarana mocquardi is a species of true frog in the genus Hylarana. It is known only from Sulawesi, Indonesia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, intermittent rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
