Ambrella is a monotypic genus in the orchid family. The single species, Ambrella longituba is endemic to Madagascar, and very rare, possibly extinct. It is known only from the type specimen collected and described by Joseph Marie Henry Alfred Perrier de la Bâthie in 1934.
